Finished it — a tool for resizing and compressing images, after a few days of building.
It works entirely on your device. No login, no upload.
You can resize images for the major platforms all at once, and adjust the crop for each one. Compression is built in too — use it alone, or together with resizing.
The idea came from something small: changing image sizes one by one was tedious. And I noticed that shifting the crop area could reuse the same photo, give it a different feel, depending on where it lands.
So I made it possible to check every crop, no matter the size.
Claude built most of it with me, like usual, but Gemini and ChatGPT both left their fingerprints on it. One idea from Gemini turned into the thing I enjoyed most this time — even on the days progress didn’t feel like progress.
It’s free. Anyone can use it.
